Our wine distillate spent 12 months in mulberry wood casks, and then was aged for almost three years in bottle, so it can be considered a genuine aged brandy. While we use oak barrels for our wines, the focus for this spirit is on mulberry barrels, which not only add enticing toast aromas to the spirit, but also make the colour beautiful.
Our spirits are distilled to 42 degrees so they are easy to drink and the fruit flavours are not masked by the alcohol, either on the nose or on the palate.
