If you had to represent Lake Balaton with just one wine, it’s got to be Olaszrizling. We work with the grape variety in several areas, we have plantations in the Hajnóczy and Szil vineyards, because we believe that the soil structure of the vineyards on the border of Csopak and Paloznak adds a distinct and characteristic terroir note to the aromas and flavours of the variety.

Straw-yellow in colour. It offers the mild aromas of a typical northern Balaton Olaszrizling, with notes of almond blossom and green apple. These aromas become more pronounced on the palate, with citrus and green apple dominating, while a subtle hint of melon emerges in the background. This medium-bodied Olaszrizling has a pleasant acidity to balance its corresponding alcohol content. It is the perfect accompaniment to vegetable risottos and grilled fish or chicken.
