On July 25 at 6 PM, we will open our second exhibition of the summer at Villa Gyetvai Wine Estate. In the works of Piros B. Hegedűs, the brilliant, glass-like surfaces treated with artist's resin take on both organic and geometric-figurative forms. The exhibition will evoke art deco in a way that is free from any sense of obsolescence.
The exhibition will be on view from July 25 to September 1 at the Villa Gyetvai Wine Estate.
Piros B. Hegedűs is a true homo ludens: a passionate player who challenges us intellectually to share in the intoxicating joy of an exciting game through her clues, relics, memories, technical tricks, bravura, witty imagery and metaphorical thinking.
She senses every vibration in the world, yet consciously seeks harmony and balance in her colours and compositions, approaching them with a woman's eye. Her thorough preparation over many decades, professional knowledge, brilliant mind and creativity enable her to achieve her aims: evoking emotions, deep thoughts, humour, philosophical questions, technical games, sorcerer’s tricks and bravura.
The three-dimensional appearance of the images and the special experience created by the light momentarily create the harmony and beauty that are so important for maintaining inner balance and peace of mind, thus having a personality-shaping power. Visitors are filled with light, energy, and emotions.

Free entrance to the exhibition.
The exhibition will be open during the Villa's opening hours until September 1, 2025. Before or after your visit, you can taste Villa Gyetvai wines while admiring the wonderful pictures.
