Ildikó Arta Makkos’s exhibition, titled Impulse, will open on 20 July 2026 at the headquarters of our winery. The exhibition presents works created from impressions, inner inspirations and symbols that transcend the visible world. Drawing inspiration from the Sun, the Moon, and light, the pieces offer a glimpse into the artist’s inner vision.
The exhibition will open on July 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at our estate in Balatonfüred and will remain open to the public through August 6.
For Ildikó Makkos Arta, the visual arts have been a defining part of her life since childhood. Her talent was first noticed by her elementary school teacher, who, with her support and encouragement, entered her into art competitions, where she achieved excellent results on several occasions.
She continued her studies in Herend, where she graduated as a porcelain painter. Later, her interest turned toward the deeper principles of graphic art and composition, leading her to explore the application of the golden ratio and the Huszár method.
Her work is strongly inspired by a reality beyond the visible world, which often manifests itself to her in the form of symbols and intuitive insights. Through her creations, she gives visual form to these experiences and messages. She has presented her work in several solo and group exhibitions.
For her, creating is one of the deepest forms of experiencing freedom: that special state in which she can completely lose herself in the process of a painting’s creation.

Free entrance to the exhibition.
It will be on display until 6 August 2026 during the winery's opening hours. You can also taste the winery’s wines before or after the exhibition, or even enjoy them while viewing the wonderful paintings.
