As a wine region focused on white wines, we want to show the values of the local terroir through the world's best-known grapes, in addition to local varieties. Riesling has long been part of our range, but from 2022 we will be adding a Chardonnay to the mix. The wine will be barrel-aged to delight fans of the variety with its rich, creamy flavours.

The Chardonnay has got pale lemon colour, high nose intensity and an intensive and aromatic taste profile. On the nose vanilla, clove, peach and baked bread aromas appear together. In the palate the main notes are oak spices, butter, yoghurt and vanilla biscuit. This is the first vintage of Chardonnay from Villa Gyetvai. The wines has a long finish and a long aging potential. Ideal wine for dishes with truffle, for creamy pastas and meats.
