If you're looking for a red wine that perfectly captures the character of Lake Balaton, look no further than Kékfrankos. The fact that this grape variety, like Olaszrizling, is able to show its terroir characteristics as well as its own flavours plays a big part in this. We have bottled a rich, fruity Kékfrankos with a moderate alcohol content, light body and short barrel ageing.

Medium intensity, ruby colour, this is a cool, elegant and lively wine. The fruit typical of kékfrankos, is complemented by spices from oak barrel ageing. The nose offers plum, blackberry, cherry and vanilla notes. The palate displays an array of red and blue fruit. Despite its lightness, the wine is rich in flavours and will provide a great wine experience for many years to come.
